Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.

Brett is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.

We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.

National MS Society

Brett served locally as board chair and helped organize events and raise funds. On a national level, he helped by attending meetings and hiring regional leadership.

National Red Cross

Brett and his family have helped the Red Cross by organizing the Wrapped in Red event in Louisville and by volunteering around Oldham County.

Downtown Louisville Rotary Club

Brett is an active Rotary member and has helped with volunteer projects in Louisville and by recuriting new members to the group.

The Speed Art Museum

Brett and his wife, Samantha, enjoy helping the Speed both with art-focused activities and with encouraging community conversations as well.

Baird Gives Back

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help.
